Consider using a mouth guard when you sleep. If your jaw is improperly aligned, this could lead to issues with sleep apnea. Are you a drinker or a smoker? Try to rid yourself of these horrible habits. They may hurt your air passages. Smoking causes swelling in the airway. On the other hand, alcohol causes the airway to relax, much like sleeping pills. If you do not want to quit, just do not do it before laying down to sleep.
